Here Be Dragons July 1, Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. What a difference a couple of weeks make. These creatures exist to serve…small kids and their parents taking joy rides in the Inner Harbor. We call this July Fun 1, because we may be posting more July pics as the month rolls on. Dan and I picked the months of summer for this assignment to give ourselves more leeway than the weekly offerings we made over the winter. .
